Anwar Naha (Chairman)
P.K. Anwar Naha, the Managing Director of Abdul Jaleel Marine Spares LLC, epitomizes the convergence of philanthropy and business. Hailing from a family deeply entrenched in politics, social activism and business, Anwar draws inspiration from his father, Late K. Avukader Kutty Naha, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Kerala. Anwar seamlessly integrates his industrialist role with a social work commitment. A staunch believer in the transformative power of education, Anwar, born in Parappanangadi,
has ventured into student politics during his academic journey. His foray into engineering and subsequent relocation to the UAE in 1996-97 marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. Anwar’s close alignment with Dubai’s development and global interactions have fortified his network and business acumen.
Presently, he is the National General Secretary of KMCC in UAE.
Dr. Hamad Al Hosani (President)
Dr. Hamad Al Hosani is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry. He currently holds the position of CEO – International Partnerships at Burjeel Holdings. Known for his visionary leadership and operational expertise, Dr. Hamad Al Hosani focuses on forging strategic global alliances, driving business growth, and delivering innovation in healthcare. His notable achievements include securing exclusive contracts with major UAE government entities, and being honoured with the SKEA Award 2016 for organizational excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Bedfordshire, UK.
Mohammed Ashraf
Mr. Mohammed Ashraf, a graduate in Commerce with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, embarked on his professional journey in sales, ultimately settling in the UAE in 2012.
Since 2012, he has played a pivotal role in the education sector, specializing in abroad education. His expertise as a career counselling expert has led to the successful admission of numerous students in international universities. Mr. Ashraf’s global outreach is notable, with extensive visits to reputed international universities in UK, Georgia, Egypt, and Moldova. His commitment to ensuring quality service and authenticity in abroad admissions is reflected in these visits. In the realm of network and collaborations, he maintains strong relationships with international admission officers, ensuring the timely completion of admission processes for aspiring students.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Mr. Mohammed Ashraf is an active social worker, fostering diverse relationships with individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and sectors. His journey is a testament to a seamless blend of education, global impact, and community engagement.

Harish Avethan (Director & CEO)
Harish Avethan is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering, business administration, and educational leadership. His extensive experience as a certified trainer for Junior Chamber International reflects a commitment to personal and professional development. Having served in key roles at ONGC as Plant Engineer and at Midet College of Engineering as Vice Principal, he brings a wealth of industry and academic expertise. Mr. Harish Avethan has made significant contributions to the growth and development of students, teachers, parents, and corporate professionals.
Dr. Asif Theyyampattil (Director)
Asif is a serial entrepreneur turned consultant. He is a Post Graduate of Business Administration and completed many business and law certifications from universities like Harvard University, Indian Institute of Management- Bangalore(IIM-B), and Waseda University- Tokyo. He has been active as a full time consultant at ATBC since 2014 and has guided many very successful business ventures and brands since then.
Mohamed Izmir K (Director)
Mohamed Izmir is a dynamic business regeneration expert and entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Business Marketing (Swinburne University, Australia).
He possesses deep expertise in transforming and scaling businesses, demonstrated by his success as Owner & CEO of the telematics firm Starling Eye GPS Trading LLC and his role overseeing 29 restaurants as Executive Director of the EAT & DRINK group.
